LaBega explained that donations would be collected for a different cause every month. Service clubs and other not-for-profit organizations are encouraged to contact the airport’s Marketing & Customer Service department at, for further information on the project. The space allotted for each organization’s name/logo will be interchangeable, to reflect the “recipient” of that month’s donation. The donation boxes are set to be fully installed by February.

LaBega also outlined all the new developments at the airport and fielded questions from members of the club. The presentation was so well received that the Rotary Club has already invited SXM Airport to another meeting later in the year.
