Non-Aeronautical Business Manager

PJIAE N.V. is looking for a Non-Aeronautical Business Manager (NABM). The NABM identifies and monetizes business opportunities, together with and through PJIAE’s existing and future non aeronautical business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a concessionaire management plan.
• Identify and develop leads and opportunities in order to maximize revenue.
• Develop and implement a weekly and monthly reporting system.
• Liaise and engage with stakeholders and relevant authorities to facilitate business objectives.
• Report on business development initiatives and progress against objectives periodically.
• Design, implement and maintain a KPI system for the department.
• Develop and implement an advertising plan and manage the sale of advertising space.
• Plan and oversee the placement of advertisements across multiple media platforms, including the PJIAE website.
• Present to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute external training for business partners to share views, insights and increase compliance to PJIAE procedures and standards.
• Responsible for the collection, analysis, management, and reporting of all numerical and statistical data pertaining to PJIAE.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail marketing or business management.
• Knowledge of and experience in commercial activities.
• Strong leadership skills, customer service skills and assertiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written command of the English language.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Must be sales oriented.
• Proven planning and organizational skills.
• Proven computer skills, including proficiency in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Publisher.

Selected candidate will be subject to assessments, VDSM screening and Drug testing prior to employment.
