Procurement and Logistics Officer/ Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement and Logistics Officer / Supervisor to oversee and manage the organization’s purchasing, logistics, and vehicle fleet operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, coordinating deliveries, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the effective management and
maintenance of the organization’s vehicle fleet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including requisitions, solicitations, bid evaluations, purchase
orders, and contract administration.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage Request for Quotations (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and tender processes.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and prepare procurement analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure purchases are made in accordance with approved budgets and procurement thresholds.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Responsible for receipt, storage, and internal distribution of all orders, both local and offshore.

VEHICLE FLEET MANAGEMENT
• Oversee company vehicle fleet maintenance and compliance
• Coordinate servicing, inspections, and repairs
• Ensure fleet safety, efficiency, and cost control
• Maintain fleet records and regulatory documentation
• Process and monitor expenses related to fleet maintenance and operations

QUALIFICATINS AND EXPERIENCES
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance or a related field
(or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.
• Experience with vehicle fleet coordination.
• Experience with supervising staff or coordinating logistics team.
• Knowledge of import/ export procedures and shipping documentations.
• Multilingual with a strong emphasis in Spanish both written and spoken.
